This customer had a problem with reoccurring mold in his bathroom ceiling. He said that he would clean it with bleach, but it would always come back. He wanted a permanent solution. This job was done in two phases. On September 1 the whole ceiling was cut out and – with the recommendation of AdvantaClean – treated with an antimicrobial. On September 9th using mold retardant sheetrock, reinstalled the ceiling panels and using quickset finished the ceiling for a paint ready clean finish in one day; No sanding needed. Friday 09/09/2016
